Ledger Sheet management system for Tokyo Electric Power Company real estate Ltd. The project deals with creating and keeping documents about the details of work of a company, which is working in the construction field. The requests collected are analyzed and processed in the company or in the branches of the company or given as a subcontract to other companies. Also we can keep track of all details regarding the work progress. Create documents for each stages of the processing of requests and keep it as separate files for further references, including ISO documents.

KUJI

Construction Office System for Kuji Construction Company in Japan. This project keeps track of the working details of the company, sub office and the Site office. It manages each employee's total working time based on work in sub office and site place. Also calculates the attendance and corresponding salary, employee status etc.

SAIDO

Daily process and Estimation software for Saido Company in Japan. The project deals with creating and keeping documents about the work details of a construction company. Company receives construction work requests from Govt., Private or Other sources. That requests received are analyzed and processed by the company or by the branches of the company or given as a subcontract to other companies. Details of work progress and expenses in each completion stages are recorded and processed. It also has a detail report generation section based on many criteria.

GINGAM

The purpose of this project is to create a new application so called Gingham Standard Cost System for Textile production. This application allows users to input product and its processes details to calculate the standard cost for internal users to perform profit and loss analysis

KKT

KKT test center deals with quality testing of materials. The software automates all the calculations in the testing process. The customer places an order to test the material to the head office. Head office prepares the detailed test request and collects samples for test. A unique code identifies the samples. Head office sends this request along with the samples to the test center. Test center analyzes the samples, judges the input sample values with standard values and recorded the results. In certain cases, authorized persons can retest the same. The client mainly works with the materials used for scaffold and there are 70 fixed test types. There may be additional test type other than fixed types. Test center sends the results to the head office and latter issues certificates according to the same.

This ERP system has been employed by companies in Japan, China, Malaysia and Singapore. Some companies, such as Porite KK a Japanese multinational manufacturing company in Japan and in Malaysia, employ just partially such as production planning and control. Some companies in Japan and China has been using other functions such as Sales and purchase, store, Finance. Human resource part has been used by many companies extensively and used by hundreds of companies in Malaysia and in other Asian countries.
